Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Specialist to join our team. This is a commission-based role, offering you the opportunity to earn unlimited income based on your performance. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, Conduct property viewings and tours, and closing sales.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of real property and land transactions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
