How these figures are made
- Source: the 96 plots on our own list (94 of them in the size figures). Each price came from the owner or an agent and is recorded with its date. The prices were received between 6 August 2026 and 7 October 2026.
- The median is the middle price when prices are sorted from low to high: half the plots ask less, half ask more. One or two very expensive plots do not pull it up.
- Price per katha = total asking price ÷ katha.
- 2 plots (a pair of plots, or a size other than 3, 5, 7.5 and 10 katha) are left out of the size figures; see other sizes.
- When a plot is added or a price changes, the numbers on this page change too.
